We are delighted to be hosting the Chairman's Thank You Dinner. The Royal Bath & West Society are putting on this event in recognition of the huge amount of time the Chairman has given for the Society before he hands over the reins later this year.

Please note this is an invitation only event and those invited will have received an email from Catherine Look, a Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Society.

Numbers will be restricted to a first come first served basis.

Meal vouchers will be issued to Stewards working at this year's show. The price of the dinner is £39.00 per person which includes wine on the table. Guests intending to use catering vouchers will be given a £25.00 allowance against the dinner price and will be required to pay the £14.00 balance. Please book below using the promo code "Voucher" where a £25.00 discount will be applied. Please bring your voucher to the dinner to avoid repaying the £25.00 reduction.

Guests are asked to arrive at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm sit down.
